Privacy Policy
Your data … our commitment.
We do not sell, rent, or randomly distribute your specific business data to third parties. The rights we maintain are primarily to ensure platform functionality, enable authorized collaboration among your designated partners, provide technical support, and improve our services through aggregate insights. When your data is used for analytical purposes, it is typically anonymized and aggregated. Any sharing of your specific business data is limited to: (1) your explicitly authorized collaboration partners, (2) our vetted service providers who help us deliver our services and are bound by confidentiality obligations, and (3) circumstances where we are legally required to do so. Our business model relies on providing you with valuable software services, not monetizing your proprietary information.
New in 2026: Streetscape is expanding into a connected family of applications — including StudioX and future micro-SaaS products — that use generative AI and other automation to create value. We have updated this Policy to explain how information is processed when you use AI features, how we protect sensitive project information, and how data may be used to improve the Platform and our AI systems.
Welcome to the Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) for Streetscape Real Estate Technologies Inc. (the “Company”). This Policy describes the privacy terms applicable to your use of our services available under the domains streetscape.ai, streetscape123.com, and mapsplus.com (collectively, the “Site”), and the general principles for the websites of our subsidiaries and affiliates.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS POLICY REPLACES AND SUPERSEDES ANY PREVIOUS PRIVACY POLICIES OR STATEMENTS BETWEEN YOU AND STREETSCAPE REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGIES INC.
If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy, do not use the Site or access our services. We may amend this Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted. This Policy is effective upon your first visit to the Site, or otherwise effective on March 1, 2026 for all visitors.

- Creating or modifying your account
- Filling in forms on our Site
- Uploading content or data to the platform
- Participating in collaborative activities

2.2 Automated Collection
Tracking Technologies: We use data collection devices such as “cookies,” web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies on certain pages of the Site to help analyze our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. Cookies are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our services. We offer certain features that are only available through the use of cookies. Most cookies are “session cookies,” meaning that they are automatically deleted at the end of a session.
You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on our Site and you may be required to re-enter your password more frequently during a session. Please note that the only option to fully opt out of such data collection is by not using the Streetscape software platform.
Security and Misuse Monitoring: We may collect and analyze usage patterns, access logs, IP addresses, device identifiers, and interaction signals to detect and prevent fraud, account compromise, security threats, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering attempts, or other misuse of the Platform. This information may also be used to protect Streetscape’s intellectual property and enforce our Terms of Service.
Log Files: We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site. This log information may include your IP address, browser type and settings, the time and date of your request, and how you interacted with our Site.
Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our services, including hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
2.3 Third-Party Sources
You may encounter cookies or other similar devices on certain pages of our Site that are placed by third parties. We do not control the use of cookies by third parties.
If you establish a credit account with us, we may collect a billing address, credit card number, credit card expiration date, and tracking information from cheques or money orders. If you register for the Site through another website, that website may provide personal information about you and your transactions to the Company.

Perpetual Rights:
By submitting business or project data to our platform, you explicitly grant Streetscape Real Estate Technologies Inc. the perpetual right to retain and continue using copies of all such data for operational, analytical, and business purposes, even after you may terminate your use of our services. This data is intrinsic to the collaborative value of our platforms and cannot be “clawed back” once submitted, except through special arrangement explicitly contracted separately.
3.3 AI Processing and Model Training
Because the Platform includes AI-enabled features, Streetscape may process Business or Project Data, prompts, Generated Output, and related interaction metadata to operate AI Services and to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, and improve Streetscape’s proprietary models and systems. Streetscape may also use third-party AI service providers and infrastructure providers to process such data under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. These practices are a condition of Platform use and are not optional.
3.4 Legal Bases for Processing
Streetscape processes Personal Information and Business or Project Data to perform and administer the contract with you (including providing the Platform and support), to comply with legal obligations, and for Streetscape’s legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and developing the Platform and its AI Services. Where required by applicable law, Streetscape will rely on consent for specific activities such as certain marketing communications, and you may withdraw consent for those activities in accordance with this Policy.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 Sharing of Personal Information
As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. The following describes how your personal information may be disclosed in the normal scope of business to provide our services.
Advertisers: We aggregate personal information and may disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for their marketing and promotional purposes. In these situations, we do not disclose any information that could be used to identify you personally. Certain information, such as your name, email address, password, and financial information are not disclosed to these third parties in a personally identifiable manner without your explicit permission.
Collaboration Partners: Your Display Name is displayed throughout the Site and is therefore available to all authorized collaboration partners. All of your activities on the Site will be identified by your Display Name. Other people can see your activities, associated comments, and your postings on the Site. If you are involved in any form of transaction, we have features that allow other registered users to view your email address and obtain your contact information to help complete the transaction.
External Service Providers: There may be separate services offered by third parties that may complement your use of the Site. If you choose to use these separate services and grant them permission to collect information about you, then their use of your information is governed by their privacy policy. We do not disclose your personal information to external service providers unless you provide your explicit consent.
Internal Service Providers: We may use third parties to facilitate or outsource one or more aspects of our business operations that we provide to you. We may therefore provide some of your personal information directly to these internal service providers. These internal service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit their use of the personal information we provide them for any purpose other than facilitating the specific outsourced Streetscape-related operation.
Other Corporate Entities: We share much of our data, including personal information about you, with our subsidiaries and joint ventures. To the extent that these entities have access to your information, they will treat it at least as protectively as they treat information they obtain from their other users. Streetscape Real Estate Technologies Inc., its subsidiaries, or its joint ventures will share some or all of your personal information with another business entity should we plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity. Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information.
Legal Requests: Streetscape Real Estate Technologies Inc. cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties, to enforce laws such as intellectual property rights, fraud, and other rights, to help protect you and the Site’s users from bad actors. In response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, city, province, telephone number, email address, username history, and transaction history without a subpoena.
In an effort to balance your right to privacy and the ability to keep the user group free from bad actors, we will not disclose additional information to law enforcement or other government officials without a subpoena, court order, or substantially similar legal procedure, except when the additional disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss.
Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. Although we use industry-standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.
4.2 Sharing of Business or Project Data
Collaborative Environment: Business or project data submitted to our platform is, by its very nature, designed to be shared among authorized collaborators in your workspace or project. By uploading or submitting such data, you acknowledge and agree that all authorized users within that collaborative environment will have access to this information.
Data Analysis and Business Operations: You explicitly grant Streetscape Real Estate Technologies Inc. the right to use business or project data for analytical, operational, and business purposes, which may include sharing anonymized or aggregated data with third parties for industry analysis, research, or similar purposes.
Service Partners: We may share business or project data with our service partners who assist in providing and improving our services. These partners are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using the data for any purpose other than providing services to Streetscape Real Estate Technologies Inc. and its users.
Survival After Termination: Your grant of rights to Streetscape Real Estate Technologies Inc. regarding business or project data survives the termination of your account or your relationship with us. We maintain the right to retain and use this data indefinitely for the purposes described in this Policy.
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Account Information
We offer you the ability to review and change the personal information you submit to us by logging into the Site and entering the new information yourself. You can change your Display name, email address(es), contact information, financial information, and user preferences by going to your account Settings. You must promptly update your information if it changes or is inaccurate. Once posted, you cannot change or remove any public postings made in our Activity Feeds, Lot records, or other message areas.
5.2 Data Modification and Deletion Requests
Personal Information: You may request that we update or correct your personal information by accessing your account settings. If you are unable to correct certain information through your account, you may contact us directly.
Business or Project Data: Due to the collaborative nature of our platform and the perpetual license you grant us upon submission:
- Complete deletion of business or project data is generally not possible due to system integrity, historical record-keeping, and operational requirements.
- Modification requests for business or project data will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be fulfilled only partially.
- All formal requests for modification or deletion of business or project data must be submitted in writing to support@streetscape.ai and may incur fees.
We reserve the right to retain any data necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain the integrity of our platforms.
5.3 Data Export
Upon request, we may provide you with an export of certain data in a common file format. Such requests must be submitted formally to support@streetscape.ai, may be subject to fees, may be limited to certain types of data, and may be fulfilled only to the extent technically feasible.
5.4 Account Deactivation
Upon your request, we will deactivate your account, contact information, billing information, shipping information, and financial information from our active databases. This request can be made by contacting support@streetscape.ai, or by contacting your Group’s administrator. Such information will be deactivated as soon as reasonably possible based upon your account activity.
We will retain in our files some personal information you have requested to remove to maintain historical records, troubleshoot problems, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal requirements as permitted by law. You should not expect that all of your personal information will be completely removed from our databases in response to a request you may make.
5.5 Communication Preferences
You agree that we may use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests, such as targeted banner advertisements, administrative notices, product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the Site. By accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you may opt out to the extent possible through the communications preferences in your account Settings.
5.6 Additional Rights for EEA, UK, and Swiss Data Subjects
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you may have additional rights, including the right to request access to and rectification of your Personal Information, the right to object to or restrict certain processing, the right to data portability where applicable, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may also request erasure of Personal Information in certain circumstances; however, erasure may be limited where information must be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, protect security, or preserve Marketplace Records and collaborative integrity.
6. Data Location and International Transfers
Your information may be stored, processed, managed, or archived in any country where Streetscape Real Estate Technologies Inc. maintains operations or engages service providers, at our sole discretion. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries which may have different data protection rules than your country of residence.
Where required by applicable law (including the GDPR), Streetscape implements appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual protections such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent measures with our service providers.
If you have specific data sovereignty requirements, specialized data sovereignty services are available at additional cost and must be explicitly contracted in a separate service agreement. Please contact us for more information about these services.
7. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Streetscape Real Estate Technologies Inc. uses procedural and technical safeguards to protect your personal information against loss or theft, as well as against unauthorized access or disclosure, including firewalls and encryption. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company.
However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. “Perfect security” does not exist on the Internet. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to other websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites or services. You should review the privacy policy of each such website or service to make sure that you are comfortable with it before providing any personal information.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
10. Your Use of Other Users’ Information
In order to facilitate interaction among all Streetscape users, our Site provides you with limited access to other users’ contact and related information. As a user, you have access to the Display Name, email address, and other contact and related information of other users.
By entering into our Terms of Service, you agree that, with respect to other users’ personal information that you obtain through the Site or through any Streetscape-related communication or Streetscape-facilitated transaction, Streetscape Real Estate Technologies Inc. hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for: (a) Streetscape-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, (b) using co-branded services offered through Streetscape, and (c) any other purpose that such user expressly agrees to after you tell them the purpose you would like to use it for.
In all cases, you must give users an opportunity to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them. Under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personal information about another user to any third party without our consent and the consent of that user.
Streetscape Real Estate Technologies Inc. and our users do not tolerate spam. Without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add a Streetscape user to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent. To report Streetscape-related spam, please contact us at support@streetscape.ai.
11. Use of Email and Sharing Tools
You may not use the Invite a New User service or other email services that we offer to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our Terms of Service.
If you send an email using the Invite a New User service or any sharing tools to an email address that is not registered on our Site, we do not use that email address for any purpose other than to send your email and facilitate the Invite a New User process. We do not rent or sell these email addresses.
12. Control of Your Password
You are responsible for all actions taken with your login credentials (email address and password), including fees charged to your account. We strongly recommend against disclosing your Site password to any third parties. If you choose to share your credentials or your personal information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your account.
